Orders are usually shipped by the next business day, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your package is shipped. We use the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx for all shipments, and you may select shipping options upon checkout. Please contact us with any questions or special conditions - we strive for complete satisfaction!
Our "free shipping" promotions, when offered, are valid for U.S. delivery only.
Returns
At William's Store, we won't make you fill out complicated forms, we'll just make sure you are treated fairly. If your purchase arrives in damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Merchandise must be returned to us within 60 days for a refund. Please do not send back merchandise before contacting us.
